Pastor Damon surrendered to the call of ministry in 1987. He founded Hosanna in 1995 and has continued as the Lead Pastor ever since. Pastor Damon's passion is teaching people how to practically experience the power and love of Christ in every area of their lives.

Rayford was a farmer prior to surrendering to the ministry in 1976. He co-founded Hosanna with Pastor Damon. Brother Rayford loves connecting with people, and sharing the Gospel in Love and deed.

Bobby is working on his Master's degree in Christian Apologetics. He and his wife Keri have 2 children - Jazmine and Will. They are passionate about helping believers not just understand what Christians believe, but why they should believe it!

Brandie Plummer is the wife of Pastor Damon. Her passion is for the Lord and that passion overflows into every area of her life and ministry. As the KOL Director, her heart is to raise up the next generation and teach them practical ways to serve in the kingdom of God.

Lila is a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, but serving Christ is the most important role in her life. She has been part of the children's ministry at Hosanna since 2012. Her aim is to raise up a new generation with a solid foundation.

Hillari is a wife and mother, and she has been our Youth Pastor for the past 5 years. She believes that our youth forces us to be more creative, innovative, and fun! She loves our youth and enjoys helping them learn more about the love of God.

Melanie and her husband Joseph have 3 boys - Austin, Landon, and Gabe. She has been leading worship at Hosanna for over 10 years. Her heart is to use music to encourage people to worship and praise the Lord so that their hearts will be healed.

Ken began his service on the worship team when Hosanna was first established. His interests later shifted to TV production, and now he runs Hosanna's media department that brings the Gospel to the world through our online presence.

Jessica has been the Financial Secretary at Hosanna since 2015. She loves working in the nursery on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights each week. She and her husband, Ray, have two children, Jakob and Katie, and one grandson, Michael Blake.

Allison is a wife and mother to 3 amazing boys. She has been attending Hosanna for 13 years. By age 15, she was singing on the worship team. Her heart is to awaken a generation through worship and songs and to create a foundation that will carry them in good times and bad.

Haylei Bell is serving as our 180 Center Director. She has a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University in Virginia. Haylei and her husband, Nathan, live in Panola County with their four children, Buster, Duke, Kallei, and Daisy.

Lizz began attending Hosanna in 2011 with her four children - Alysha, Daniel, Serenity, and Destiny. In 2018, she married her husband, Mack. The joy of Lizz's heart is to teach God's word and see its impact on those around her.
